Now Lives in Conover, North Carolina.
Family: wife and two daughters.
Author of "The Management Secrets of T. John Dick," "The Rise and Fall of T. John Dick" and numerous short stories. Humorous articles have appeared in the Charlotte Observer and other regional publications and featured on nationally syndicated radio. He is possibly the most famous author living on his street. In 2005 and again in 2009, he did not win a Pulitzer Prize.

Mr. Gump delighted moviegoers the world-over by lighting up the screen for a full nine seconds as the ruggedly handsome Valet Number 2 in the Mel Gibson movie "The Patriot."
